Sun is trying to pop out here. Still have 4 days of rain/thunderstorms in the forecast. Fingers crossed to see a little sun over the weekend, and to get some walking done. Think I might try to up my protein a bit and see what that does for me. Ive noticed Ive been carb/fat heavy even within my calorie limit so... thinking this could be a factor in this brick wall Ive hit.
