Dwelling less on numbers and focusing more on improving my game/staying the course with the renewed healthy lifestyle. My diet now consists of prolly 90% or better whole foods. A dramatic change from grabbing fast food daily after work.
I've gone back to leatherworking in my spare time, which I love, but involves a lot of sitting which isn't so good. I need to come up with a creative dedicated workspace that would allow for me to stand while I work without bending over which is killer on my back. Where there's a will there's a way though.
10 weeks to lose 13 pounds/reach goal by June 30 as I set out to do. Definitely attainable if I don't slack.
