Thank God for a 2 lb drop!! Completely unexpected after nearly 2 weeks of no budge.
Sun is shining and it's supposed to be warmish today, so plan to get outside and get some steps in. First some housework and then my daily Matcha to rev things up.
I really needed this little boost for morale!
Onward and downward we go. Let's go! :)

Good for you Windy. I dropped a pound this morning. Walking seems to make the biggest difference in weight loss. I hope we have a good week.

That's great, Glamper! Good for us! Oh definitely it does. I have an old knee injury that still gives me trouble and severely injured foot and ankle a year ago. Was on crutches and in a boot for months. So glad to be able to get back to walking normally. We're going to have a good week, it's off to a good start! :)
