Went off the cabbage soup diet almost 2 weeks ago. I'm going to go back in it after memorial day. just wanted a break and I'm doing good. Still dropped a pound and my eating habits, all though I am catching myself "trying" to revert to my old eating habits. I'm able to stop them before I do. Learning about how I eat has become just as important as what I eat. (If that makes sense) Still enjoy the bad stuff from time to time. But at a normal amount. I use to live by, a little is good, more it better lol. the hardest part about this is they just opened up and all you can eat barbecue /steak / salmon restaurant across the street from where I live. Yes, I can smell it. But not going to do it. Worked to long and to hard to blow it all on 1 night of, well let's just admit it, 1 night of culinary intoxication. lol But I will be good. Happy Memorial Day Everyone. Give yourself permission to enjoy the day anyway you'd like. The next day, we'll get back on the horse
