Woke at 219.0 as the carbs and sodium add up. Went to the National Zoo today and got a ton of steps in (more than 10K before 5pm). Scale in the Elephant House read 203 (I wish!) Fasted until 5pm. Came back at 216.8. Lots of water retention. Will not get a chance to work out tonight (and maybe not while my friends are here). So will substitute walking.
