Woke up at 203.2. Had to go to work so will not get a post 16:8 IF workout to try to drop the weight. Also, had a going away party for a coworker where I ate some chocolate cake and there will be a happy hour as well. Will try to target 1910 overall calories today and do a workout after I get home. Tomorrow I'm a featured speaker at an event that is catered for breakfast and lunch, so I'll be eating very light in the evening tomorrow, too. Hoping for 198 by Saturday's official weigh in.
