Another good eating day led to a pre-dinner weigh in of 209.4. About to take my daughter back to college for the weekend, so ate up all the salad fixings in the house in two MASSIVE salads! Delicious. Calories up a bit based on all those extra veggies I slammed, but I'll deal with that. I calculate 196.7 lbs. after I drop this extra water.
