Decent eating day at work brought me home with a 204.2 weigh in. Hopped on the treadmill for an hour and then got a 202.0 weigh in. Nice. Body fat looking good. Ate a big bag of Brussels sprouts, but didn't have much else in the house. Ended up having two gigantic super chocolate protein shakes, essentially a double batch of frozen banana, Syntrax Nectars Chocolate Truffle, four tablespoons of hershey's cocoa, and two cups of unsweetened almond milk. Interestingly, it did not get into ice cream consistency tonight. But... was a super thick and deep chocolate shake. Life is good!
