The end of my five-day fasting-mimicking diet included a sixth day of fasting all day. Didn't intend to, but it worked out that way. Did 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 40 minutes of steady state cardio on the bike and then did some swimming. Got down to 220.1. That's my lowest since May 1, 2020.
