This is a predictable increase on the scale post met-con day. One of those, "I better show an increase on the scale after 48 burpees!" LOL
I am also down an inch in my hips from a 31 to a 30. Not surprising after yesterday's low. So, apparently is possible to lose more in my hips.
Today will be the first increase in daily cals.
I do absolutely love it when I get to increase cals, however I am also bracing myself for the increased feeling of fullness and satiation. I don't mind that feeling so much after a workout, but it's sometimes a challenge to adjust to going into a one.
I've been working to adapt to it, because if I couch an "in-between" workout snack, this body is often primed and ready to go the next half and the workout benefits.
Anyhow, we'll see what happens.
