True that, Chris. At this time of year, I'm always inclined to preface these weigh-in's by stating tracking my daily "fluctuations" does not mean I'm tracking fat loss or gain, but rather the amount of water and waste this body is carrying at any given time. But, then I think "would I have believed that back in 2017 when I was first starting out?" And, the truth is I probably wouldn't, LOL!
