I’ve been learning that my losses don’t [seem] have anything to do with effort. Almost 2 weeks at the same weight despite staying 100% on plan (a very STrict plan). So I’m just trying to stay focused on being consistent and making good choices

If you just say "screw it" and go way off your plan for a few days, I think you will see how much your effort matters :)

Hang in there. Realize you are learning new ways of nurturing yourself. We all want to see the weight just drop off. It will. Slowly. Don't do a drastic diet. It only makes me feel deprived and resentful. What's SKV?

Abef I have no doubt!!! That’s what scares me the most. I was planning to return to SAD for my vacation in 18 days! I figured I’d gain a lill but I’m not even losing now so who knows what’ll happen when I start eating “regular” food (in moderation).
I’ve been on a bit of a drastic diet since I’ve started. Now body seems to think it’s done. I don’t know what it’s living off of...
