Had a lovely time in Valencia, enjoyed the lights, general atmosphere, lovely old buildings, nice hotel, etc. Ate loads, so not surprised at the gain! However I am a few pounds lighter than I was after Christmas last year, so that's good 😀 I think I had trouble getting back to good eating last year, but I don't think I'll have that problem this year. I'm aiming to cut calories to around 1100-1200 per day for the next couple of weeks, and see where that gets me. Of course I will have the night off on New Year's Eve, as we're going to a party at the neighbours' 🍸🍾🍛🎶
