When I unpacked my "Hello Fresh" box yesterday, l thought looking at the pkgs. of protein that I'd be dissapointed with the quantity. I was pleasantly surprised after cooking a meal last night that it was actually more food than I could finish. I did eat all of the Schnitzel but, couldn't finish the carrots. I think tonight's meal will be the Firecracker Meatballs with Roasted green beans & jasmine rice.
We had Breakfast pizza as a treat this morning...just because. The crust is biscuit dough with eggs, cheese & sausage on top. I LOVE biscuits, but seldom eat them cause of the calories. This way I get to enjoy. When I buy these pizzas, I cut them in half & only cook half at a time. We eat 1/4 between us & have 1/4 for another breakfast.
We've had some pop up rain today, so I'm not sure if we'll get our walk in or not. I had to run in to the post office & it poured on my way home, making it hard to see. The sun is shining now so maybe...
