Still going down 😊 I ate right at my RDI (1500 calories) yesterday. Meals included coffee, fruit & 1/2 bagel with peanut butter for breakfast, cheese, hummus, bagel thins & pickles for lunch and a stir fry of chicken breast, broccoli, onions & peppers for dinner. Hot tea, a cinnamon candy and grape Ice Pop for snacks. And wine....
This is feeling almost too easy so I expect I'm going to hit a plateau soon. 😐 I guess I'll have to see what happens & adjust accordingly.
Nothing exciting happening around our house. I've continued taking down & packing up decorations. The outdoor decorations, and the trees remain. All the lights are off the bigger tree but it needs to be unassembled & packed up. The little trees wear their lights in storage so I plugged them in as we watched TV last night. I'm tempted to leave them in the corner for awhile 😊
