A better week's eating, and a lot less drinking. Slow progress, and will need to tighten up next week to keep it going. Doing a bit of extra exercise may help, but I really need to cut out the beer and biscuits!

Ah, beer and biscuits. It used to be vodka gimlets and dark chocolate for me. I admire that you are at goal but continue to work FS. That is one of my goals. I'm a little concerned about maintenance and going back to old WOE. I'm going to watch you for inspiration. 👍💕

Thanks both. Jackie, it is difficult maintaining focus, and easy to relax back into old habits. I can't see me ever leaving here!
