I had a great week with my niece and then an old friend staying with us. It turned into a holiday at home, as we did lots of days out and nights out too, including two evenings at a local blues festival and a wet Sunday in a pub, eating lunch and listening to a very good country band. So there was lots of eating and drinking. I did manage to limit it a bit, but am glad I didn't attempt to log food! Anyway weight is up, of course, but only a little. We've got three outings planned this week too, but it should be a bit easier to manage, and I can hopefully get back to some proper exercise later in the week when the weather picks up 😀
