im like you caloriekiller...its not comin off fast enough..but you have to remember that it is comin off...and knowin that its comin off is better then puttin it on like most of us did before we started changing our eating habits for the better...keep up the great work...your graph is showing great results...

I think you are on to something about it working agaisnt you. I personally think you are doing fantastic!! Just look how close you are to actually being under 200! That is great but I do believe that stress does cause our bodies to hold on to or even put on extra weight! Keep your chin up b/c you are doing Great!!!! Congrats
on dropping more pounds!!! Pat yourself on the back, you've been doing awesome!

Thanks much -- it is sort of cool to see the number I still have to lose in the 40's now. It used to be in the 90s! Also, we lost our cat this week (she had a tumor) so I think my mood and motivation was pretty deflated. I'm happy with the progress.

You are doing great! You are almost under 200. Your graph looks awesome. I hope mine will look like that after I've been on here this long. It's one of my biggest motivating tools--that downward slope. Keep it up.

1.8lbs is the same as my average weekly loss since I started, so it doesn't sound that slow to me! You're doing brilliantly - as evidenced by your yellow bar - keep at it! :)
