What a week this has been, emotions up and down as my counselling college course gets more intense, they made us drag up our past to see how it feels for our clients, all I can say is I will stick with being the counsellor and not the counselled! My weight followed my emotions, up and down like a yo yo, luckily for weigh in day, it has been on a down day. I haven't eaten more when emotional, which is a first for me, but it was interesting to see that it still affected my weight, will have to read up on that, to find out the why's and wherefore's.
