Can I share how delighted I am to stay in the 40's!! Like my buddy said yesterday, I worked up courage to try on a few outfits in my closet (I have refused to buy new clothes) and was able to get them on!!! Some were a bit snug but that won't last forever. I am 2 pounds away from my historical weight and could probably sit there, but I feel soooo much better 10 pounds lighter than that. My energy is great and my clothes fit well. My little dilemma is that for my osteoporosis it might be better for my bones to keep them padded a bit, but my heart will be happier if I lose the 10 more pounds. So, I resolve to lose the ten and bump up my bone health regimen. Thank you guys for just helping me figure that out! My foot is still in a boot, and I expect to do better when I get back to walking. For now it has been the stationary bike, resistance bands, and my stability ball. I am so pumped and motivated to behave myself today! Blessings to all on your journeys.
