I understand you are disappointed besides your best efforts. Sometimes life just throws stones our ways. Your health is key and you seem so motivated to do this, allow yourself to rest a few days and get well again.
Then you can push on and continue on the right track :)

I get sidetracked with challenges as well. I keep joining them though in case I do join that one at which I succeed.

The same thing happens to me. I have great intentions when I join challenges, but there are days when I am busy until bedtime

It's such a great motivator and I'm excited :-)
Life happens, been out of town and traveling.
Just lost 1 pound over the past 3 weeks.
So it's tough not to slip back to comfort food.

Just take care of yourself. Know that we are all hear for you! Just make your most healthy meals. And do a little extra step or two while you are preparing said meal. There you exercised. Day 1 down. LOL
