Well I had my peanuts in celebration of hitting my goal, I actually didn't enjoy them as much as I used to, so guess I have finally scratched that itch! I put on 3lb, so my small gain is actually a post celebration loss ... I think that makes sense?? haha. I have a couple tweeks to make to my eating habits, so I don't lose any more weight and can continue to enjoy my healthy eating habits. I am managing to get out a little more than before, but it is hard when caring for someone with dementia, you can't risk leaving them to their own devices, but thanks to good old Social Services I am now given 2hrs respite a week, which makes all the difference. I also sometimes sneak out for a quick jaunt during nap time, either that or do some gardening. Have a good week all!
