1.9 ketones. Scale isn't working right. Finally got two weights that agree. Was from 228 to 229.1 Accidentally bumped it before first weigh so decided to weigh again. This morning breaking my fast early fir me at 9:45. Thinking of buying a new scale today. But my kitchen scale which was on the blink is working again. 1.9 oz. of left over sausage for breakfast.
