I had a new experience yesterday: for me. When calculating my food for the day about midnight, I felt my calories were too low for health, at 600 plus. So even though I wasn't hungry, I went ahead and ate some left overs: a chicken leg and a half, and about a quarter cup of homemade spaghetti sauce. This was something new for me since I am often hungry when Intermittent Fasting, so was surprised at not being hungry. I am not trying to lose weight, just want to eat for brain clarity, and to hold steady. I believe it will always be a struggle for me to avoid high carbs and sweets which will trigger my addictions. Two weeks ago I gained 4 lb in a day and a half, binging. I'm surprised my weight is down to this extent, since it has been many years since I was at this level. I had thought in maintenance I would be able to eat some fruit, but it seems to trigger me. I had Tempura Shrimp today and I will probably be hungry all day tomorrow because of the breading. Only fasted 13 hours today, that's one of lowest since November. It's ok with me.
