Fasted 17 hours. How do we find out the fiber content of what we eat. I tried many to change my settings but they would not change. I contacted FatSecret but they did not reply.

I would google search the foods for a general idea of fibre content but I would most definitely check the labels. I wouldn't trust the information on this app because most times it doen't match up to the actual product info. Good luck!

If you use a laptop or desktop computer, you can add that to what you are tracking under the food portion of the program.

@Snowwite100 -- While your on the "My Fat Secret" page, click the "food diary" icon to the right of the calendar icon. On the "My Food Diary" page, click the gear-wheel icon just below the title of the page. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, to "Food Diary Nutrition Facts." It says, "Choose up to 6 data types
that you wish to include when using the food diary." I track calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber, and net carbs. (The other choices are sodium, cholesterol, sugars and RDI(%). Whatever categories of nutrients you choose When you add a food from the FS food inventory (including the breakdown of recipes you've used from "My Cook Book" and "My Favorite Foods).

If a change to your nutrient categories (or anything else on FS) doesn't "take," try "refreshing" (reloading) the page, or log out of FS completely and then log back in, and check it again.
