Groups under Community are strange. I did leave a message today: Day 4 of "No Junk Food for One Month", but when I went back in to see how it would be listed, I looked at 5 pages of groups and did not find it yet. There are 3240 groups listed, most completed. I'm not going to waste any more time on it. I will just leave my comments here. Even though I don't eat bread at this time,I do eat gravy, which I had 3 days in a row at the hospital, on dry meat. Eating meatballs are the same issue, as is sauce, such as in a Chinese restaurant. Those eating bread on their diets may wonder why I would even bring it up, thinking it is silly. One on a strict Keto diet would probably nix it. Would you? This is the first time in 6 years and many hospitalizations that I have not binged on pastries, etc. whether he was in for 1 week or 3. It is a victory but I'm not cocky about it after my binge Christmas Day. That made me insecure about my ability to resolve. Fasted 16 hours.
