been stuck too long. Realize that the net carb thing isn't working for me! I am going back to TOTAL carbs as of today... trying to keep at 20 tc and definiately no more than 25. Lets see the weight come off in time for Caitlin's graduation! June 3rd...my goal is 180. I think that is in 6 or 7 weeks. I CAN DO THIS!

You go Suzie! I have found that I crave less which keeps me happy , and it is surprisingly easy to do. Just make smart choices.

Last time I did induction, I got to that "plateau point" I also cheated more than I should have, when I should have stayed on STRICT induction for a lot longer...I am starting again after several months (induction) and starting to lose little by little. I think sometimes our body's needs a kick-start every once in a while, to to react to and accept the change in our eating habbits, like a shock or something... Just change things up a bit, see if that gets it going!? :)
