I did pretty well yesterday. I need to figure a way to get more calories in earlier in the day and less in the evening. I think the avocado set my fat percentage way out of whack. But it's a healthy fat and I only ate half of one so I am not going to worry about it. Despite, being 4th of July, I did pretty well last night eating at friends' cookout. I skipped the breads, chips and the chocolate :) It's too hot to exercise. I really need to figure out how I am going to fit exercise in my schedule! I will have to do it either very late at night or before the sun comes up. I have soul searched to when I started abusing food again last year. It was right around the time my father in law was put in hospice. I need to realize that I need to take care of myself first and foremost regardless of everything else. Only I am in charge of my health. I can already tell today is going to be a test. I just want to get out of the house and go out to eat. Stress. Ugh.
