你油吃不夠多喔!初階先設定吃脂肪75%蛋白20%碳水5%的比例,生酮不怕吃油脂,避開隱形澱粉跟碳水就容易入酮,前三個月要認真吃,不要輕易放棄,就能看到效果呦!也是聽人家經驗來的...加油💪
