I need to keep a check on my snacking, but apart from that I'm happy and I've achieved what I want to achieve on my challenge. I hope everybody else did really well and achieved their goals too. It's a busy time of year for me atm, what with all the extra work up at the allotment and in the veggie garden out the back, the spring-cleaning, and the extra dancing lessons due to exams coming up, as well as working full-time - so I'll not be on thid for another few weeks, but I will be coming back to use it in the autumn - and I will be checking my weight regularly to make sure I'm not putting all that hard-lost weight back on again. :)
