Today I have went over my allowed carb intake even though I cant remember which count to focus on the carbs or the net carbs. I am trying my best but I cant still seem to balance calories and carbs to a healthy place for me. I think my body went kinda crazy and into starvation mode when I only took in 283cal yesturday due to mental issues yesturday. So today I have been eatting more than usual. I have been still eatting healthy but just taking in too many carbs. I find my hubby pushing me to eat more cuz he believes my diet not being balanced where it should be is causing me to be ill. I dont know if this is true and wheither I should try to stay about where I was today or stick straight to the below 20carbs rule. I am so confused and wondering whats best for me at this point and if I shouldnt try another diet??? I dont know what to do at this point. I hope I will figure it out soon and make the best choice.
