@T8U9...Missed ya! Thanks Viviace, smprowett, Jitterbug23, Lmomof3, KayseaLove. Everyone, let's make this our year to get strong and healthy. @ 12 PM, a little lady stopped by my desk and said let's do stairs. I put on some sneakers and away we went. We walked from the 3rd floor up to the 7th floor and then we ran down to the ground floor and ran up back to the 3rd floor, 403 steps total in 3 minutes. I went back to my desk put on my boots because it is crappy out and did a 45 min power walk. 10K steps DONE! 4.4 net carbs / 938 calories in me all prior to this exercise and I am still stuffed. Back in the dress shoes, cooling off now, sitting and appreciating life.

Stairs are an awesome workout and it helps to build endurance for other things. Good job!

Yep snow cant stop me but this ice here under the snow in Cincinnati can slow me down a bit...Im a fan of the warm weather but its a blessing just to feel good so I will hush about the cold weather.. Anyway sir... you continue to be a great at the journey you are on because to me there is nothing better than a positive soul.
