Good morning and TGIF,
I hope everyone in the path of Irma stays safe this weekend!
This morning, I did a quick kettle bell workout. I was pretty tired because I did a lot of work in our flower beds yesterday...about 3 hours. My calories are a bit low so I'll be adding organic peanut butter to my daily foods, and maybe some Greek yogurt.
I love my morning coffee, and have a Keurig on my desk at work. Today I put a little milk in my cup before brewing my VitaCup coffee pod...it made a nice foam on top and was awesome! A new favorite :)
