Weekly weigh in unsatisfying. I had been down to 157 during the week, then ate whole grain bread a few times; my body is not ready for THAT so I will continue not to eat that until I have lost a reasonable amount of weight. I see that I progress much better without those kinds of carbs so I will remain phase 1, but maybe add fruit now and then, or a bit of rice now and then, but I think I have to stay away from bread. Not that I overdid it, but it did change the scale.....
