Well, everyone is calling me crazy for starting a new way of controlling my sugars by calculating my food with this website. The thought being because we're so near Christmas/New Years - that must mean I'll have no control over myself. I've decided its the best time start, if I don't control myself now, what will I do when the holidays are gone and I have no excuse?? So, HERE I GO!
