If you don't have any respect for your health, it is a sure thing, that no one else is going to be able to do much about it. I say this in reference to people, that wish to abuse cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol. Want to get old fast? Indulge in these, and pay the consequences later. My message of this day. My brother-in-law is in a battle, he is losing, I'm afraid!
Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: IF or Intermittent Fasting, is the idea of not eating food for 16 to 24 hours. IF works best, when gradually expanding the hours of non eating. A typical IF plan begins with a fast to an 8 pm dinner, and then fasting to a 12 pm lunch, and gradually expanding that lunch, to just dinner each night. Check with your doctor, if this is right for you. Google IF to see alternative plans.
