So, once again the weekend was a little bit overdone with PSU watching and a party that we hosted. However, aside from that, I've been pretty on top of things... Eating well, working out 1-2 times per day, and limiting the beers to no more than 2 per day.

In addition, I've got 2 official training goals on the horizon and 3 more unofficial ones. Here they are:

1. 11/21 - Run 2 5K's at an average of 00:23:00 or less.
2. 11/25 - Weigh in at my annual physical at < 200 lbs. (which means 195lbs. on my scale, since their scale typically measures 5lbs. heavier)
3. 11/26 - Complete Turkey Trot in 00:22:00 or less.
4. 04/11 - Cherry Blossom 10-miler in TBD goal
5. 04/23 - Complete my legs of the American Odyssey 200-mi relay (TBD time goals).
200.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
