im working almost everyday.i couldnt lose anything for about 2 weeks cause my body got use to what i was doing.so i changed it and i lost another pound.i need to more pounds in this upcoming week.i hope i can get there.i started at 176 then 173 and now im 168.so this week i want to hit 10pounds.then i have another 10 to go and then i will decide if i need to lose more.so for now i have to lose 12pounds.
