Day-2 Had a good day yesterday, did not feel too hungry once meal time rolled around. Did 20 minutes of weights and a 30 minute treadmill walk. Woke up this morning at 4am and was wide awake, perhaps because I got 12 hours of sleep the night before. Had my Complete Shake and Vegi-Capsules at 0630 this morning and I still feel satiated.
