Yesterday was another good day, Praise the Lord! I ended the day with 1,684 Calories, 103.78g Protein, 28g Fiber, six 16-ox bottles of water, 6 miles of walking, all PT exercises completed, and worst pain level for the day was only about #3.5! Feeling pretty good again this morning. Got up at 2 and walked my first mile. Debating on whether to walk another one now (4:11am) or go back to bed until my grandson comes up to get ready for school. My tooth hasn't been hurting as much since I started using Sensodyne toothpaste, and chewing on the other side of my mouth. But, I do have some swelling in the gums around the tooth. Still praying about whether to finance the root canal and crown replacement, or just pull the tooth. Maybe God will just HEAL it, and I won't have to do either! Ok, bed or walk? Walk or bed? Decisions, decisions!
