Down 1.2 lbs since yesterday and I feel great! No cravings at all. Had quite a few walnuts and almonds on yesterday and thought I wasn't going to lose but I did. I'm getting there, I want to make sure it stays off so I will slowly incorporate other foods but have raw vegan foods be the majority of my foods. This is a lifestyle not a fad diet. So here's my plan - 2 weeks @ 100% raw vegan, 2 weeks @ 80% raw vegan, 4 weeks @ 70% raw vegan and lifetime of 50% raw vegan.
I'm excited already. If I can do 100%, I know 50% for life will be a piece of cake.
Back to work.
