I believe this weight is coming off from when I had my cheats. I have now been keeping my portion sizes and sticking to my diet. My muffin top is finally shrinking!
I've been eating really clean because of my daughter's eczema. She still feeds from my milk so whatever I eat affects her. So, I'm back to cutting out sugar, bread, gluten, citrus fruits, and dairy. I believe she obtained it genetically from me. I use to have it bad during my childhood. Though, I'm eating clean and finding natural remedies because I know it's best for her. Also, it hurts to see her suffering with it.
I hope you all are staying in the fit zone! Know that you can & will succeed, just put in the effort!

You are doing so great with your losing, there won't be a muffing top soon! I hope your daughter's eczema clears up, it's seems like you are taking the right steps, and the natural way is always best...a lot of moms opt for medications and creams etc., good for you for "going clean" for yourself and the baby!

At least we know more about eczema than when I was a kid. I had my first breakout at 6 months old and they put me in isolation until they figured out what it was. My mom, and the mom of a friend f mine, have it so bad on their hands and feet that the skin splits and bleeds. My mom's feet look like she has leprosy and she can't walk much. She has taken out everything on her bad list except wine but nothing helps it for long.

Thanks everyone! Her eczema has cleared up significantly! I think it's because of the campher/sandalwood/frankincense mixture her dad made for her. Along with a shea butter & glycerin mixture. Also, we would give her oatmeal baths and make an oatmeal paste to put on her skin. Msbuggirl, maybe it'll work for your mom and her friend!

Wonderful job, Meohmy! Yeah, my grandgirls have eczema also. I'll be your dad and I could compare home recipes for the problem, but I also made a concoction that my daughter swears by. And theirs was also affected by what my daughter ate, so we did an elimination diet and she kept it all clean for the 4 straight years she nursed. Lost it after that, but she'll come around again.
