I believe it. I could not stop peeing yesterday. I woke 4 times last night alone as my body tried to get rid of the waste from two exceptionally high calorie days and then being in a deficit. 💦

Thank you. I was relieved. It's embarrassing to gains from binges... but I have to do it to keep a record so I was thankful some of it dropped off.
