Successful intermitent fasting 16/8. Rainy day, didn't walk. Did arm exercises while watching evening news.
Lunch was Premier Protein drink on the way home from shopping, then BPC coffee after I got home. Supper was homemade keto turkey chili, cheese, mandarin orange, Ghirardelli 92% chocolate piece. Hot tea in the evening. Macros 18/51/31; 724 calories; -1574 net kcals.
Sunday is my off diet day. Will try to stay away from dessert table at church luncheon!! One day at a time. Back to walking and careful eating next week.
