Nothing too exciting to report.
Planned my work and worked my plan.
It November, a new month, and I am keeping at it.
I wanted to lose 2 lbs. a week minimum but I am averaging 1.5 since my return to FS in Sep. I am ok with this. (( A trend is your friend ))
Consistent targeted exercising in the fat burning zone for my age has lowered my resting heart rate.
I aim to lift 2 x week. That was my average in September but that dropped to I believe 1.5 x week for Oct. I am ok with this.
I may add some H.I.I.T treadmill workouts soon but I am cautious as I don't need any more injuries anytime soon. Maybe I'll wait until I am down 20 more pounds before I go ham on that treadmill. I miss running 5Ks but I will be back.
