211.5 lbs official weight for the week this morning. Would be nice to be losing faster but I'll take it. I'm happy with my current daily caloric intake, it's sustainable and I can eat enough to feel comfortably full at times, so slow and steady down it is.
Did cardio last night instead of upper body work because I didn't want my muscles to retain water and skew today's weigh in. So upper body is on the agenda tonight, it'll be interesting to see if it results in a temporary water gain again.
Date night with the wife so probably will be going out for dinner, I'll eat light up until then. Have a great Friday.

Hey now - if you only lose 1 pound a week, at the end of the year you'll have lost 52 pounds. Quite an achievement! BTW - I'm not sure you even want to lose 52 pounds - LOL.

BuffyBear - 52 lbs down from here would put me where the BMI charts would like me but my frame and musculature is too heavy for that. A pound down a week would put me at goal 22 weeks from now, whenever that is. Hope it's sooner but it's not a race. Just make it to the finish line and you win in this game. :)
