Was good yesterday after two Holiday parties at work. Protein driven. Only half a small tequila & club soda drink last night. Crossfitted in AM and played lacrosse last night. Strained my right shoulder playing lax though after trying to recover from last weeks strain at Crossfit. Just have to rest and manage it.
