Decided to revise my hydration schedule and stop drinking fluids after 6 pm to lessen getting up at night and messing with my sleep. Hydrating every three hours is easy enough to remember.
Lots of noise in the apartment next door. My neighbors moved and the landlord is renovating for the third time in a row.
My priorities right now are arranging automatic payment for Medicare and filling out the PDF for the sports physiologist/nutritionist.
Thinking about enrolling in Meals on Wheels as a safety net to ensure I hit my RDI.

I'd do the same but MushDog get's me up anyway so I'm not going thirsty if she isn't.

I don't get thirsty very often, which is how older prople get dehydrated.Their sense of thirst is diminished.

isn't everything diminished :( lol \ Personally, I've stopped with the water thing. Didn't want to spend my life in the washroom!

I on the other hand am ALWAYS thirsty. Side effect of the asthma. Since I've lived with it 53 years I'm good at hydrating lol. I keep a bottle of water by my bed at night. And a backup just in case.

Didn't realize thirstiness was a side effect of asthma. I have PBH so I'm already spending my life in the washroom. I hope this way I won't be half asleep while doing so.

Msbuggirl, I keep water with me all the time a well, often get some in the night as well. Asthma drugs as well. I don't keep it on the my nightstand most of the easily accessible in the bathroom. Never a problem hitting at least 64 oz a day

You hit the nail on the head, Deb. Flew down to spend the holidays with my sister and her DH and consult with their sports/physiologist. Thanks, kattay and NowIunderstand.
