A respectable week. I lost, though not much. Maybe I'll get lucky next week. I have lost inches, for sure. My scrubs are finally loser. Yeah!I had a deal with a couple of my co-workers. The deal was if "I split my pants" because they were too tight, one of them would go to the "uniform lady" downstairs to get me a pair of "large petite" pants to change into. At least it was not 3x petite like the past but I still did not want to go UP a pant size. That was my fear though, being away from home and splitting my pants!
I did get a very good report from my doctor. Although, my synthroid dose has to be dropped in half just one day a week because my dose was a little too high. I wonder if it was because I lost weight or if it was helping me lose weight. She will keep me at the same dose 6 days a week and the 7th day just take a half pill. That doesn't sound too bad.
My cholesterol is very good as well. Starting at 240 and now down to 138. All the other numbers are very good too. Maybe I can "bargain" with the doctor, if that's possible, about discontinuing my zocor in the near future!
