Changing diet plan. The Paleo Diet seems like it will be great for making long-term healthy choices. I have done fairly well with yoga 2-3 times per week and tracking my calorie intake on the fat-secret app. I did a free 1/2 hour personal training session today and that seemed good. Not sure if this is something that I could justify financially though as it appears to be about $30 per 1/2 hour at my company fitness center. I have signed up for a health coach via telephone but that doesn't start for two months... When someone is at a decision point, why make them wait 2 months? Trying to figure out what I can do during my 2-1/2 hour (total) commute each weekday... I've decided that I like food a lot more than I thought and I dislike exercize more than I thought, but it's growing on me. My main goal is to be healthy, to live longer, to be able to have a better-fitter-happier life!
